    Beautiful light violet flowers

Delightful daisy-shaped flowers, flowering throughout the warmer months

New in Australia are the delightful Dalina Osteospermums. Bred by one of the leading Danish ornamental plant breeders, Dalina Osteospermums offer an interesting collection of strong, vigorous plants in a vibrant colour range of white, yellow, red, pinks and purples. These superb summer bedding plants will put on a spectacular flower show when planted in the garden or in containers. When in full sun the daisy-like flowers fully open and close of an evening.

Aida features large flowers of up to 8.5cm diameter. A beautiful sight to see a mass of these light violet flowers sitting above the green shiny foliage providing a display similar to a bouquet of flowers.

    Best growing conditions

Dalina Osteospermums prefer a full sun location with well drained soil. When planting in the garden use an organic mulch which will assist in retaining moisture and to keep the soil cool. Keep well watered especially at planting. Prune in early spring or autumn to encourage fresh new shoots. To prolong the flowering period remove all spent flowers and apply a general fertilizer during flowering.

    How to plant

These varieties are very effective in gardens as flowering borders. They are also very pretty in patio containers. These beautiful plants are a perfect colour addition to all outdoor living styles, even in coastal locations.

    Flowering Period
